About

I am currently a Procurement & Contracts Senior Specialist at Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Company, where I handle purchase requests across multiple sectors, draft purchase contracts when they are required, and negotiate with suppliers alongside internal departments and the legal team. My work starts at the specification review and the bid comparison, and ends with the delivery follow-up and confirming goods receipt in Dynamics 365.

My foundation is a Bachelor of Business Management in Supply Chain Management from Yanbu Industrial College, followed by an internship at Saudi Aramco in service contracts procurement. I added the CISCP and CISCM certifications from IPSCMI.

My vision is to build a strong career in supply chain management by continuously learning and improving processes, growing alongside Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to create innovative, more sustainable, and technology-driven supply chains that help organizations stay competitive.

Key achievements

Al-Jouf Agricultural Company2026

Contracts management system — paper to platform

Problem
Contract procedures ran on paper: approvals moved by hand, and the status of each contract lived in a file rather than a system.
Action
Led the selection of the development vendor, then designed the system's workflow with our IT team — the approval path and what each stage has to capture — refining it with the developer over several rounds.
Result
Every live company contract was migrated onto the system, and contract procedures came off paper entirely.

Service demand consolidation — one contract, one supplier

Problem
Repeat services were bought through separate purchase requests, raised month after month and service by service, multiplying paperwork, supplier count and price points.
Action
Combined the demand into a single annual request and one negotiated contract with a single supplier at competitive rates, covering every company site across the Kingdom. Started with Safety & Security: fire alarm and firefighting system maintenance — head office, factories, showrooms and branches — plus extinguisher refilling.
Result
More than 30 separate purchase requests a year were combined into one: a single annual maintenance contract covering head office, factories, showrooms and branches, plus extinguisher refilling — one accountable supplier, one price list.

Excel-based procurement request form

Problem
The team was working from an outdated purchase request form that was slow and difficult to complete.
Action
Rebuilt the form in Excel so it was simpler and faster to complete.
Result
Improved data capture and the quality of requests reaching the procurement team.
